Im Medium Fernsehen finden Orwells Visionen seit 1999 in den Niederlanden und seit 2000 in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland durch das Format Big Brother ihre Umsetzung.Kaum eine Sendung wurde in den Medien so stark diskutiert und feierte anschließend solche Erfolge wie Big Brother. Zudem wird der Stellenwert des Mediums Fernsehen im Vergleich zum Internet dargestellt.Im Abschluss der Arbeit werden alle zentralen Ergebnisse zusammengefasst.
